China Amends its Foreign Trade Law

In an effort to enhance foreign trade and comply with World Trade Organization requirements, the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress passed an amendment to its Foreign Trade Law. Violations of the FCPA can result in sanctions of $2 million for guilty companies and $100,000 for individuals.
