Kirton & McConkie’s International Law Practice continues to grow with the additions of James Dester and Michael Jensen. Mr. Dester spent the past two years in Brazil, and four years prior to that in Africa, on assignment for one of KMC’s largest clients. His practice specializes in international transactions and government relations, general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and banking and commercial law. Mr. Jensen recently returned from a four-year assignment in Eastern Europe, where he covered issues relating to religious liberty, corporate compliance, government relations, tax, labor and employment, visa and registration, real estate, and construction matters in nineteen countries.
